The artime is a new concept for a watch that tells time according to the wearer's body rhythm. the concept is the creation of the french design studio design by 8. the watch face is composed of a grid that pulses and moves in beat to the user's rhythm. to tell the time, the watch moves the grid around to reveal the time as a digital reading. the watch then reshuffles the pieces of the grid to cover up the time. instead of always being present, the watch only tells the time at intervals. these intervals correspond to the user and not the increments of time.
