Direkabentuk oleh Atkins design studio, Menara Namaste ni sedang dalam pembinaan. Dengan ketinggian 300m dan berkapasiti 62 tingkat, menara ini akan menempatkan hotel, ofis dan ruang sewa cukup besar di daerah Ambika, tidak jauh daripada Shangri-La Hotel Mumbai, India.

Menurut Atkins, menara ini direkacipta simbolik adat orang India menemukan dua tapak tangan bila berjumpa dan mengucapkan 'Namaste'

Sky City One China

China will construct new World Tallest Skyscrapper City - Sky City One - a 200 hundred storey energy efficient building. Broad Group has announced to construct the tower in 90 days - in which is possible they have already construct a 30 storey hotel building in 15 days.

upon completion, Sky City One will be the tallest building in the world at 838m compares to Burj Khalifa at 828m

Green 'new' Tower by Daniel Libeskind

"the latest towering building planned to grace the new york city skyline is one madison avenue by architect daniel libeskind. the 54-story condo building stands out from the crowd of glass towers by incorporating a series of ‘sky gardens’ at different parts of the building. the green spaces would be enclosed in cylindrical glass tubes at the centre of the building and cut-aways in the face would open them up to the outside. the openings also provide the condominiums in that part of the tower with balconies. while the images here depict a rather daring design, they were made over a year ago and have probably changed dramatically. however more details on the project can be found in libeskind’s new monograph ‘counterpoint’. "
